These rules exist so that everyone can buy and sell safely and honestly.
Reviews
- Only verified buyers can leave reviews; one review per design.
- Write honestly about your own experience. Abuse, insults, advertising, links and contact details are not allowed.
- Fake reviews, review swaps and any payment or deal in exchange for a review are not allowed.
- Reviews show only the buyer's first name.
Identity and conduct
- Passing yourself off under someone else's name, shop or identity is not allowed.
- Harassment, threats, and hateful or obscene behavior are not allowed.
Accounts
- One account per person; sharing an account or password is not allowed.
- Giving purchased files to others or reselling them breaches the license.
Site security
Attempted hacking, scraping, overloading the site and automated bulk downloading are prohibited.
Deals outside the site
Phone numbers, links or invitations to deal outside the site may not be put in design names, descriptions, reviews or any other public text. Such text is blocked, and doing it repeatedly may lead to a strike.
Prohibited content and copyright
What may not be sold is set out in the Content Policy. If your work has been copied, file a copyright complaint.
Report a problem
If you see a rule being broken or a problem, tell us on the Contact page. Breaking the rules may lead to a warning, a strike, content removal or account suspension (Terms of Use, Designer Terms). If you disagree with a decision, see Complaints & Appeals.
