1. Permission and scope
After buying a design, you may use the file for print and digital work: printing it for yourself or for clients, and editing it to suit your needs by changing the text, images and colors. This license is non-exclusive; others may buy the same design too.
2. Who may use it
Only the buyer (one individual or one print shop) receives the license. It may not be transferred, sold or shared with anyone else. One account may not be used by more than one person or shop. A print shop's employees may use the file for the shop's work, but the file must not leave the shop.
3. Prohibited uses
- Selling, distributing or sharing the source file (PSD, AI, CDR, PLP, PDF, etc.), whether original or slightly modified, by any means: Google Drive, Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp or other websites.
- Uploading it to other marketplaces, template sites or stock sites; giving it away on free PLP/PSD blogs or groups.
- Letting anyone else download the file, or sharing the download link.
- Using the file to train AI or machine-learning models.
- Making templates of NIDs, identity cards or government documents from this design (see the Content Policy).
- Claiming the design as your own original work, or removing the designer's credit or copyright.
4. The designer keeps ownership
Even after you buy it, the copyright and all rights in the design stay with the original designer. Under this license you only get the right to use it, not ownership.
5. Fonts and images: third-party material
Some designs may contain fonts, images or vectors owned by third parties. You may not extract the fonts or images to use or distribute them separately. If a design says “fonts included”, use the font only for editing that design.
6. Tracking notice
Every download is individually marked and logged. Each download carries the buyer's details as a mark, so if a file leaks, the account it came from can be identified. You agree to this license when you buy; the time of your consent, your IP address and your browser details are stored.
7. Consequences of a breach
- Permanent closure of the account.
- Forfeiture of the wallet balance.
- Takedown notices sent to wherever the file has been posted.
- Legal action and claims for damages under the Copyright Act, 2023.

9. Permission and extended licenses
If you want to use a design beyond these terms (for example, reselling it on your own products), get written permission first: [email/phone].
10. Version
This license: v1 — 28 October 2026. If the terms change, the new version will be published on this page; the version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
