How do I pay for Pro?
Pro is paid from your Design Dokan wallet. Add money to your wallet with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a bank transfer (send the money, then enter the TrxID on the wallet page). We verify it by hand, usually within a few hours, and then you can subscribe here in one click.
What counts as a use?
Every download, export, print or copy in a tool counts as one use (a ZIP counts one use per file inside). Opening a tool, trying settings and previewing are free. Limits are per tool, so 10 uses of the PDF compressor don't touch your image resizer uses. The count resets at midnight, Bangladesh time.
Does it renew automatically?
No. Nothing is charged automatically. When your plan ends you go back to the free account limit, and you can buy again whenever you like.
What if I buy while my plan is still active?
Your paid days are never lost. The same plan or one with fewer uses a day is added after your current plan ends. A plan with more uses a day starts right away, and the days left on your current plan continue after it.
Does Pro work in Studio too?
Yes. Pro raises the daily limit on all 61 tools and in the Studio editor, on any device where you are logged in.
Can I get a refund?
