About Election Banner
Under the Election Commission's code of conduct, posters are banned in local government elections, so this category has no posters. Instead, it has the campaign materials that are allowed: banners, festoons (small hanging banners), leaflets or handbills, and Facebook posts. Chairman, member and reserved-seat women member candidates each have their own category, along with “prospective” or doa (prayer-request) candidate banners for the period before the election schedule is announced. According to limits reported in the media, banners can be at most 10×4 ft, festoons 18×24 inches and leaflets A4. Before printing, check the latest gazette and the returning officer's instructions. The spots for the candidate's name, photo, ward number and allotted symbol are all editable. The first two phases of the UP (Union Parishad) election are on January 21 and February 4, 2027, so campaign work will start in December. Before taking an order, confirm the candidate's post, ward and symbol, then buy the file and edit it. This site does not endorse any political party.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there no election posters here?
Posters are banned under the code of conduct for local government elections, so our content policy doesn't allow election posters to be sold. You can run the same campaign with banners, festoons, handbills and Facebook posts.
What size can election banners and festoons be?
The limits reported in the media are banners up to 10×4 ft, festoons 18×24 inches and leaflets A4. Before printing, check the gazette and the returning officer's instructions.
Is black-and-white printing mandatory?
Some news reports have mentioned black-and-white printing, but confirm it with the returning officer for the candidate's area. If a file has a black-and-white version, the description says so.
Can I add the symbol and the candidate's photo?
Yes. The photo, name, post, ward number and symbol spots are editable. The candidate adds the symbol they've been allotted. This site does not endorse any party.
Are there designs for campaigning on Facebook?
Yes. You'll find 1080×1080 pixel Facebook post designs in PSD and PLP formats. The code of conduct bans spreading misleading or fake AI-generated content, so stick to true information.
